Onboarding the key account holder
Once the customer's site has been activated, an invitation email is sent to their key account holder (normally the business owner). You may help the key account holder through the steps in the email to ensure they are onboarded as the first fully privileged system user. The steps are:
Download the app, following the link in the email.
Trigger the SMS verification code to be sent.
Enter the verification code in the app.
Set up their preferred FIDO authentication option for logging into the app.
In order to download the credential and gain access to the security system, each user must have access to both the email address and mobile phone number (to receive the verification code) entered on their account details.
Issues with onboarding key account holder
If you are unable to onboard the key account holder, ensure they have a PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or Face ID set on their phone. If they don’t, they will need to set one.
