Pre-registering a Visitor

The visitor pre-registration can be performed by any organisation employee that is expecting a vistor. By gathering visitor details and scheduling visits in advance, this process helps in planning and enhances security by maintaining accurate visitor logs.

AccessNow integrates with the existing legacy Gallagher Visitor Management module, enabling this process to function smoothly. It provides an employee interface to an otherwise licensed Visitor Management reception client.

1. Create a New Visit: An employee schedules a visit by entering the visitor's details and the date of the visit. This information is logged in the Gallagher Visitor Management module.

2. Employee is the host: The employee who registered the visit is assigned to is as a host in the Vistor Management module.

3. Updating the visit details: The employee can edit the visit details in AccessNow.

4. Mark the vist as complete: The host can manually mark the visit as completed.
