Onboarding Form
The onboarding form is necessary to create a new AccessNow account.
Only customers who have already submitted a purchase order (PO) will have their form processed.
The account will be created within 7 days after form submission.
Not all form fields are required; if you are unsure about any information, please leave it blank.
The person indicated as the Channel Partner representative in the on-boarding form will receive the new account administrator login details. The account enables them to configure the system for the customer.
