Getting Started

The Gallagher SMB App is used to control the Gallagher SMB system. The app can be accessed on a smartphone, tablet, or from a web browser.

The following is required for all smartphones:

• Users must have a passcode or pattern lock set on their phone. Even if they have face recognition or a thumbprint set up, a passcode or pattern lock is still necessary.

• Users must have email access on their phone. Each person using the app will need a separate email address.

Once a technician has activated a site, a registration email will be sent to the Key Account Holder.

All Key Account Holders are given the Site Manager role and become the first SMB App user for that site. As a Site Manager, this user can then onboard and manage additional users.

The SMB App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. As an alternative to the SMB mobile app, you can use the Gallagher SMB web application. The web app is only supported by Chrome and Safari web browsers
