AccessNow is now available as a cloud-based SaaS managed by Gallagher. This means users benefit from automatic updates, strong security, and seamless integration with the Command Centre—no manual installations or maintenance required.

In the initial AccessNow release, features focus on streamlining access management, enhancing user experience, and minimising administrative burden.

Users can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO), which allows access to multiple systems with one secure login. This feature supports protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Employee Self-Service

Allows employees to manage their access requests and credentials independently, minimizing the need for administrative support.

Mobile & Web Interfaces

The platform offers a mobile-friendly interface, enabling users to submit and approve requests anytime, anywhere. Additionally, it provides a web interface designed for service administrators, aiding in workflow maintenance and system management.
