Set up the Access Removal Workflow

When cardholders are removed using the Area module, a workflow is triggered to remove them from the Command Centre Access Group. This workflow can also be configured to notify the cardholder about lost access via email.

Configure Cardholder Removal Settings and Workflow

Go to Settings module

The settings module contains two tabs for configuring system settings: the Command Centre tab and the Area Management tab.

Click on the Area Management tab

The Area Management tab offers configuration options:

  • Access Group List: the Access Group list imported from the Command Centre.

  • Cardholder Removal Label: The name of the action button in the Areas module.

  • Cardholder Removal Workflow: The workflow used for removing a cardholder.

  • Cardholder PDF Filter: IDs of Command Centre Personal Data Fields displayed in the cardholder details tab.

Below steps provide explanations of each configuration option.

Configure the Access Group List

The drop-down displays all lists configured in the system.

Select the imported Command Centre Access Group from the dropdown.

Configure the Cardholder Removal Label

Label for the action button in the Cardholders tab of the Areas module. Consider naming it Remove Users or Remove Access for clarity.

Configure the Removal Workflow

Select the appropriate access removal workflow from the available options.

The removal workflow must be configured in the AccessNow system before it can be used for cardholder removal.

Configure Cardholder "Pdf" Filter

This field allows you to configure which Command Centre Personal Data Fields (PDFs) appear in the cardholder details preview within the Areas module.

Enter the selected PDF field IDs. If entering multiple IDs, separate them with commas.
