# Cardholders or details do not synchronize

Diagnose Invixium cardholder synchronization failures and run a full IXM WEB synchronization.

The Invixium **UniqueID** is the Gallagher **FTItemID**.

### Cardholders do not populate in Invixium Web

Confirm the access group, the PDF assigned, and the cards assigned.

### Details do not update

* **Scenario A:** If existing cardholders' URL PDF does not update, confirm the URL PDF value and **Edit** default privilege.
* **Scenario B:** If new cardholders do not update, enable trace, reproduce the issue, run a full synchronization, then escalate.

Card details (Card number, Type, Facility Code, Issue level) populate once sync completes. Cards must be assigned in Command Centre.

### Run a full IXM WEB synchronization

Only do this for synchronization issues.

1. On the Invixium server, edit `C:\Program Files (x86)\Invixium\IXM WEB\Web.config`.
2. Change `gallagher_initial_import_mode` from `"Incremental"` to `"All"`.
3. Save the file.

4. In IIS Manager, under **Application Pools**, recycle **IXM Web**.
5. Recycle **IXMAMPI**.

6. Under **Sites**, restart **IXM WEB**.

7. In Services, restart the **IXM Web Service**.
8. Restart **Invixium Device Discovery**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.security.gallagher.com/knowledge-hub/products/integrations/third-party-readers/invixium/troubleshoot/invixium-integration-synchronisation-issues.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
