# Configure cardholder synchronization

Configure cardholder synchronization between Command Centre and Invixium IXM WEB.

{% hint style="info" %}
Command Centre **vEL8.50.1677 MR1 or later** is required.
{% endhint %}

Use this minimum configuration to synchronize cardholders to Invixium.

| Area       | Configuration                                                                                                           |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Item | Universal Card Format; 3rd Party or OSDP Reader; Mask & Temperature event; **Personal Data Field (URL Enrollment PDF)** |
| Operator | REST API Client; REST Operators |
| Cardholder | Cardholders + Access Group; Cards + Card Types                                                                          |

### Universal Card Format (UCF)

The UCF is assigned to the controller to read the Invixium reader's Wiegand data. For regions other than New Zealand, set **0 bits in Facility Code** and designate a Facility Code for Invixium input.

### URL Enrollment PDF

The default value is `http://[Invixium Server's IP]:9108/Link/EnrollGallagherUser/`, assigned to an access group used by all cardholders. Its **default privilege must be "Edit"**. Once synced, Invixium appends the cardholder's unique ID (FTItemID), for example `.../EnrollGallagherUser/529`.

### REST Client and operator

Configure the REST Client and operator in **Config > Services & Workstations**. Minimum REST operator privileges: Add/Edit Cardholder Notes, Edit Cardholder Personal Data, View Access Groups, View Events and Alarms, View Personal Data Definitions, View Sites.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.security.gallagher.com/knowledge-hub/products/integrations/third-party-readers/invixium/configure/invixium-integration-synchronisation-requirement.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
