Assigning Approvers to Access Groups

Requests for access to a specific access group are reviewed by the assigned approvers, e.g. a server room has got a group of people who can approve access to it.

Assign Approver Groups to an Access Group to manage approvals.

To assign the Approver Groups to an Access Group go to the Lists module of the system.

Click the Access Group list

It opens the list in the edit mode.

Click the selected Access Group

It opens a side panel with Access Group options.

Start typing the names of the Approver Groups

In the Approver Groups section start typing the names of the groups responsible for the selected access group.

Tick the box next to the selected Approver Groups

Make sure to tick the box next to all relevant groups.
