# New Account Request

Channel Partners may [**request a demo account**](https://forms.office.com/r/aMggv5j73Q) to try AccessNow.&#x20;

To obtain an **account for an end user**, please complete the new customer [**onboarding form**](https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=abhWIR9DFUiyzrSJO1yaqlvf4uuT_X1Dq61aIYfvrHFUQUZISlZMRDEyVFdVOTI5RkdKM0VEUkRYUy4u). End user customers can also receive a 90-day AccessNow trial upon request, subject to Gallagher Security's discretion.

The onboarding form is necessary to create a new paid AccessNow account for a new customer.&#x20;

**Only customers who have already submitted a purchase order (PO) will have their form processed.**&#x20;

The account is created, and the login details necessary for configuration will be sent to the channel partner within 5 days of form submission.

The designated channel partner representative for AccessNow configuration receives the new account administrator login details, allowing them to configure the system for the customer.
