# New Account Creation Overview

## Setting Up New Customer Account

To request a new AccessNow customer account, customers or channel partners must first provide Gallagher with a Purchase Order (PO) and then complete a short AccessNow onboarding form. Forms are only processed for customers who have submitted a PO.&#x20;

Once submitted, the new account is created within 7 days.&#x20;

Each account requires initial configuration, including Single Sign-On setup, custom branding, and domain configuration.
