Setting Up a New Customer Account

To request a new AccessNow customer account, customers or channel partners must first provide Gallagher with a Purchase Order (PO), then complete a short AccessNow onboarding form. Forms are processed only for customers who have submitted a PO.

Once submitted, the new account is created within 7 days.

Each account requires initial configuration, including Single Sign-On setup, custom branding, and domain configuration.

No configuration is required. The AccessNow service uses an email service provided by Gallagher.
