Time zone improvements and bug fixes

Date-based requests use the logged-in user's time zone by default. They also assume Command Centre uses that same time zone.
In AccessNow settings, set the Command Centre time zone to match the time zone of your Command Centre server. This ensures accurate request dates across time zones.
The time zone settings are reflected in any new requests after the session refreshes. It also applies after the user signs out and back in.

User Management Improvements

This release improves user administration and authentication management.
Improved user administration flows: User management workflows now provide clearer handling for invitations, authentication methods, and account lifecycle management.
Create a new AccessNow user: Create accounts before SSO provisioning, or create non-SSO accounts for contractors.
Local to SSO conversion: Convert existing AccessNow-managed users to Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
User recovery and soft delete: Disable and recover user accounts without recreating them. This provides a safer alternative to permanent deletion.
These enhancements simplify user administration, support SSO adoption, and reduce the risk of accidental account loss.

Workflow templates now support PDF Names in the Workflow Builder

Following the May release, Command Centre Personal Data Fields (PDFs) and Card Types sync into AccessNow. With this release, you can additionally select a PDF Name in the workflow template
Workflow Templates are now available to download and use with PDF List and PDF value selection
