New Features

In this release, we introduced features for area management and auditing:

Approver Group Self-Management

This feature is for area managers who manage access to specific buildings, physical departments, or areas. It shows only the areas the individual approver is authorised to manage. Area managers can self-manage who is authorised to approve access requests for their area.

Access Group Membership Audit

This feature enables area managers with approval rights to view and manage access to their areas. It allows them to view all Command Centre Access Group cardholders and revoke access for cardholders who no longer require access.

This feature is available by request and requires a workflow configuration.

Setting Up the Access Removal Workflow

Set up the workflow and configuration to remove cardholders from the Area module. This feature is available by request. Prerequisites

Cardholder Removal Workflow configured.
