**New Features**

* [Rename your access groups in AccessNow](https://help.security.gallagher.com/enterprise/workflow-creation/creating-a-workflow-in-accessnow/workflow-elements/lists/command-centre-access-group-list/renaming-access-groups-in-accessnow)\

  After importing or syncing an Access Group, you now have the ability to change its name in AccessNow. This feature aims to provide a more intuitive experience for users who are requesting access. \
  \
  **Please note:**
  * Syncing will not change the ARW Access Group "Value"/Name in the Request list.
  * Importing will update the "Value" and fetch Access Group names from the Command Centre.<br>
* Multi-factor authentication is now required for all new local user accounts to enhance security.<br>

The following background changes will not impact your operations.

* Backend work for the WorkflowBuilder
