# Add non-SSO User

### Overview&#x20;

While most users are automatically created in AccessNow through Single Sign-On (SSO) integration, it's now possible to manually create accounts necessary for the initial system configuration.

### Prerequisites&#x20;

Before making requests, the user must be created in the Command Centre.
